Contest Rules

CONTEST DATES: Contest opens Friday, March 13th at 12:00 pm CST. Online entries must be received by 5:00 pm CST on Sunday, April 12, 2009. Mail entries must be received by Thursday, April 9, 2009.

PRIZE*: There will be 5 winners selected for a weekend stay to include: room accommodations for 2 nights (Friday and Saturday) breakfast for four people at Gathering of Nations Buffet for both Saturday and Sunday, dinner for four people at Wendell's for one of the two nights, a welcome basket, and winner's choice of one recreational activity per day at Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort and Casino. Winner must abide by all Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort and Casino standard regulations.

CONDITIONS: Entrants who do not comply with the Official Rules or attempt to interfere with the contest in any way shall be disqualified. Entrants assume all related liability associated with entry, including facts and image reproduction rights. Participation in Inn of the Mountain Gods Fondest Memories contest constitutes the winner's permission for Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort and Casino to use story, photographs, his/her name, address (city and state), likeness, biographical information and/or any statements made by winner regarding the contest and becomes the property of Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort and Casino for advertising and promotional purposes without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By participating, entrants and winners agree to release and hold harmless Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort and Casino, its advertising and promotion agencies and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors, from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsover including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in contest, or activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort and Casino is not responsible if contest cannot take place or if any prize cannot be awarded due to delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather, acts of terrorism or other event outside the reasonable control of Inn of hte Mountain Gods Resort and Casino.

MAIL ENTRY: To enter by mail, send to: Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort and Casino, Attention: Tommy Baca/Memories Contest, PO Box 269, Mescalero, New Mexico 88340-0269. Any entries submitted by mail must be received by no later than Thursday, April 9, 2009, and must include a CD-ROM disc containing all photographs related to such entry.
